Brand-Rex was acquired by Murray Capital, the private equity arm of Murray International Holdings, in February 2008.  The deal brought ownership of the company back to Scotland, where Murray is headquartered and builds on Murray Capital’s aim of supporting traditional economy sectors in the UK. Murray Capital is committed to supporting the Brand-Rex management team in our ambitions for continued business growth and improvements in product innovation, manufacturing and service.
