Technical Help Desk Availability
Brand-Rex has enhanced its Technical support service through the introduction of a new centralised Technical Help Desk with a dedicated telephone number and website.
The new service is designed to monitor and measure the number of calls being received by the Help Desk and the response times given against enquiries made by our customers.  The information generated through the new Help Desk will help to derive and drive Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that will be tied into our customer supply contracts.


The help desks will be available from Monday 2nd April - 5 days per week (Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays) from 08:00hrs – 16:00hrs (UK Time) on 0871 641 9903.  Alternatively, you can e-mail the helpdesk on techsupport@brand-rex.com.


Technical Services Overview High-level technical assistance is provided by a unique engineering resource unmatched by any other cable supplier. Based at a dedicated training and engineering facility in the UK, Brand-Rex can put the resources of its engineers and support staff at the disposal of our customers. Brand-Rex Support services are designed to assist our partners when additional specialised skill sets are required. Our technical assistance capabilities are available on-site, globally and at times to suit our customers. Brand-Rex also offers a consultancy, design and cable network audit service for pre-installation, during installation and post installation. Brand-Rex Ltd, maintains Professional liability insurance, Public liability insurance and Employers liability insurance in excess of two million pounds. Brand-Rex offers a consultancy, design and cable network certification service for pre-installation, during installation works and post installation.
