Crafting a career at Brand-Rex

Everybody has their own style of learning. That’s why we provide a range of different learning environments when it comes to staff training - from online tutorials to external workshops. All staff receive a minimum 1.2 hours of structured training per month. That equates to more than 4,700 individual training hours for our staff each year. Investing in the professional development of our employees is something we take seriously.

One of the best ways to find out how your employees are feeling is to ask them. Each year our staff anonymously complete a survey with questions on:
